How do I return my Rug Collective items? (US customers)
We offer both refunds and exchanges. For returns please contact us at hello@therugcollective.com
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please click here.
Rugs must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a processing fee.*
Items must be returned in brand new condition. This means:
- No pet hair/fur
- No dirt or stains
- No signs of wear, washing or use
- No damage
Once items are shipped back, they will be assessed and a refund issued.
If the items have been deemed as used or damaged, they will not be eligible for a refund and will not be returned to the customer.
*Processing fee is $30 per rug and $15 per rug pad.
How do I return my Rug Collective items? (Canadian customers)
The returns policy for Canadian customers varies, please email us at returns@therugcollective.com for more information.
Exchanges are not available for Canadian orders.

ONLINE WAREHOUSE/CLEARANCE SALE
In our online warehouse sale, we are selling rugs that may be one-off samples and past season styles at significantly discounted prices for a limited time only. There will be no price adjustments for previously purchased items.
With all The Rug Collective warehouse/sample sale purchases there is a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy. This includes change of mind or for reasonable flaws in the item/s. Items may have minor faults and this is reflected in the prices.
